Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us. However, due to the nature of our products (being digital license downloads), Exotic Media Group (Exotic Music Production) will refund your full purchase price ONLY when one of these conditions are met:

- Credit Card or Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
- The zip file has not been downloaded

If the conditions are not met. we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.

If you are having issues with the files, if you need technical support or did not receive your purchase, please email us at the email address below and we will help you to resolve the problem.

Failure to have the appropriate software to open, unpack or use files that are part of purchased products is not a reason for a refund for the purchase of the product.

The customer may at any time cancel their order before payment has been processed.

We can only make refunds within the first 14 days of purchase.

BUNDLES
Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products (they are priced below the regular List Price), we do not refund any bundled products. Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates.
