Exotic Music Production - License Agreement

GRANT OF LICENSE

Upon purchasing any of our Products, Exotic Music Production (owned by Exotic Media Group) grants you (the Licensee) a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use any and all samples, sounds and sound effects outlined in this agreement.

RIGHTS GRANTED

The license agreement grants the following rights to the Licensee:

1. Use of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects on an unlimited number of projects for their lifetime.

2. Use of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects for both personal and commercial projects without attribution to Exotic Music Production / Exotic Media Group.

3. Use of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects for synchronization in audio and visual projects such as films, television, radio, documentaries, commercials, video games, podcasts, audio dramas, applications, blogs and websites, school and university projects (especially for audio students), prisons, concerts, theater, live events, and prototype projects.

4. Royalty-free use of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects for any musical compositions that may later be released.

5. This license is granted for a single user only.

RESTRICTIONS

1. Licensee may not sell any of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects in their original form for commercial gain or claim ownership.

2. Licensee may not directly or indirectly license, sub-license the Product (or its part), or redistribute the work alone (even for free).

3. Licensee may not upload any of the licensed samples, sounds and sound effects in their original form and/or as standalone product as whole or in parts to any media platform such as YouTube or Spotify, for commercial gain or to claim ownership.

4. Licensee is not allowed to use the name of the producer, artist or vocalist of the purchased Sample Pack in the title of his songs.

5. Licensee may not register the copyrights under yourself or a company.

6. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.
